Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. We dispatch within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free UK delivery on all orders over £25. Orders under £25 have a small delivery charge calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order at any time via our order tracking page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at hello@wearaurelique.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, we're unable to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I return an item?
Email us at hello@wearaurelique.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. It may take a further 3–10 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in UK sizing. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help.

Do your clothes come up true to size?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. The size guide on each product page includes the specific measurements for that garment.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. We also offer Klarna — buy now, pay later in 3 interest-free instalments.

Is it safe to pay on your site?
Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption. We never store your payment details.
